    Instead of kale, I subbed spinach. I used Gruyere and mozzarella inside and topped it in Parmesan. I used half leeks and 1/2 green onions (subbed for chives). I also added a pound of sausages- braised before putting it into the dish.)

    This is amazing! I followed the directions completely except I added some chicken sausage. Definitely a make again for breakfast sometime soon.
