- sun dried tomatoes (– chopped up, when tomatoes are not in season)
- chickpeas (– smashed, instead of the egg)

- arugula (just pile it on raw, no need to cook it)
- fresh herbs
- basil
- cilantro
- pesto (– leftover, or hummus)
