- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (grainy)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 2 bunches kale (ribs and stems removed, roughly torn into small pieces)
- 2 cups salad mix (2 good handsful fresh)
- 1/3 cup dried cherries (snipped in half with scissors)
- 1 apple (small, cubed)
- 125 grams soft fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
