When I did the 5 min check, the kale was ready. I used the higher temperature.

I kinda... uh... burnt them. Whoops. Apparently the recipe has you leave them in for a lot longer than you ought to 😵

If you follow the recipe of leaving them in for 20 mins you might end up with all of your beautiful kale burnt. I recommend keeping an eye on it and a dark they are burning! I ended up with burnt pocorn tasting kale chips. luckily I decided to do 1 pan so I had more kale. when I tried again they only needed about 7 mins.

this was my first batch of kale chips. left mine in the oven a bit longer than 12 minutes to make them crispy. I seasoned with a bbq rub to make bbq chips. Kids loved them!

The kale chips are really good but the first time I made these they burned so I advise you guys to cook them for 4-5 minutes at the same temperature... That way they are still crispy but are not burnt.
