Very nice! Only made 8 in my tins, matbe they weren't mini. Wouldn't have liked to make them any smaller.

Perfectly made 12 with 1/4 cup in each cupcake holder. I modified it and only used eggs, quinoa, 1.5 cups of kale, and 1 pack of 8oz cheddar cheese. This significantly cut down the sodium for someone who needs to be sodium intake conscious. Super simple and easy to make! Tastes delicious as is!

Turned out great! Even my picky eaters loved them - I dipped them in sriracha for some heat, but otherwise, amazingly delicious.

I followed they directions and they looked good when they were done. The texture was great but they taste awful. I buried them in hot sauce and ranch dressing just to choke a few down.

These are a keeper. Will makes again and again. I dipped in spicey orange sauce.

I would consider myself a decently picky person but these were really good. I used less cheese than suggested just because I felt like it was a lot of cheese and it turned out so good. Didn’t have mini muffin trays so I used normal muffin tray and set oven to 325 and cooked until it looked done. Great for meal prepping breakfast for a quick meal in the morning. Will make again.
*also just went with the easy, lazy way and just used salt and pepper with no other kind of spice*

Great recipe even the kids love it and don’t realize they are eating kale!!

I like the concept of the recipe but I would make some changes. Next time around I’m going to use sharp cheddar or feta to give it an extra tang. As far as for seasoning, I would skip on the Italian seasoning and use red pepper flakes or some other alternative to pump up the flavor.

I ate it for breakfast so I just put everything in a pan, and they were delicious! So easy to make.

So easy! Perfectly delicious!!!! (They would be too salty for my husband.) Since the qinuoa is usually cooked with a dash or two of salt you could cut the salt from 1/2 tsp to 1/4 tsp. Try with sour cream instead of ranch dressing.

Love these! My whole family eats them. My husband in particular loves them. I usually double the amount of kale just because we love veggies. They are terrific.

I used two cloves of fresh garlic and added onion powder and cayenne. Slightly bland still but I think these are going to be very convenient on The Go. Probably would go great with chopped broccoli instead of kale as another option

Neither I nor my husband liked them. While the texture was nice enough the seasonings just did not seem to mesh well. Even just that tiny bit of salt the recipe called for seemed to make them much too salty. I had high hopes for them but I would not make them again. I'm sad to say that it's the first recipe I've made from yummly I didn't find yummly.

Surprisingly tasty! I thought they would be good, but the flavors and texture were satisfying. We nooked the leftovers for 45 seconds on high, and they retained their shape and taste. I'll add sun dried tomatoes next time.
