- 12 pecans (roughly chopped)
- 225 grams kale (roughly chopped)
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest (finely, + lemon juice to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley (minced)
- 1/4 cup ricotta
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Parmesan (to taste)
- 200 grams pasta (choice I like to use a gluten free brown rice spaguetti or fettucine)
