    i use fresh milk not almond milk. still turn pretty nice. love it!

    First time using kale in a smoothie. was nervous but it turned out so great! Added half a kiwi amd feplaced chia seeds with grounded sesame for taste. No added sugar. It was awesome and really filling--felt full after 1/3 of the serving!
