Delicious! A great vinaigrette to actually make kale enjoyable. I used slivered almonds and pomelos to add a citrus profile

Loved this salad. Didn’t have almonds so I substituted pine nuts. I also used red onions instead and goat cheese with figs and that added such a great flavor! My daughter loved it and wanted the recipe! Had to tell her it wasn’t original. She’ll be going home to Hawaii with the recipe.
