- 3/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. honey (alternatively maple syrup if vegan)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 black pepper (grinds of)
- 1/4 cup shallots (finely chopped, about 1 large shallot)
