- 2 cups pasta (cooked/ your choice)
- 1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup edamame (Shelled, I use the frozen kind, and run warm water over them to defrost them, but you can cook them according to the package, if you choose.)
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pinch red chili flakes (optional)
