  • 2 cups pasta (cooked/ your choice)
  • 1/2 cup carrots (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup edamame (Shelled, I use the frozen kind, and run warm water over them to defrost them, but you can cook them according to the package, if you choose.)
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios (roughly chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch red chili flakes (optional)
