I followed the directions exactly, except I washed the kale one day and dried it and wait until the next morning to make it. Despite everything I tried, I could not get the kale to coat evenly. Pieces either had lots of the paprika or almost none of it, although the olive oil coated evenly. For the second bunch I mixed up the mixture and used a brush to spread it on, that went a little better but took an incredibly long time.
