Nice alternative option to the normal salads such as cesar, spinach or arugula. I love a great salad but have been getting bored with the "usual". It is nice to have another great tasting healthy option as it relates to salad. I wouldn't mind trying this with different dressings as well as a protein like grilled chicken or salmon.

This dressing is awesome. I used green onions instead of the shallot (same thing?!), and I used my food processor to chop the brussel sprouts and kale. Made it very easy and quick. I packed it for work week lunches and put the craisins, pecans, and dressing in separate containers so I could easily toss together.
