  • 250 grams paneer cheese
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed, You can use 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste instead of chopped ginger and crushed garlic)
  • 2 medium tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 capsicum (large, julienned or 1 cup Capsicum thinly sliced)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander seeds (or 2 ½ tbsp. Coriander Powder)
  • 3 teaspoons red chili powder (Kashmiri)
  • green chili (9. 2 nos. slit)
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek leaves (crushed and dried, Kasuri Methi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons cream (Fresh, or Malai)
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil (I used Sunflower oil but you can use Cranola or any vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves (finely chopped)
