- 3/4 cup sugar substitute (powdered, with bulk*)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 Tbsp. cream (or coconut cream, thick coconut milk, more as needed)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (sugar-free)
- 1/2 tsp. orange extract (or lemon extract)
- 1 Tbsp. cointreau (optional)
