Delicious! Pretty much like what I order in my local Korean restaurant, except smaller. They make giant ones but my scoops of batter were small and they were still great.
I made as written except I kept it vegetarian and I didn't have fermented kimchi so I put fresh steamed cabbage and other kimchi flavors like more garlic, ginger, and fish sauce. I also needed one more Tbsp of flour. These got nice and crispy on top. I'll be making them again!
