- 200 mL tomato ketchup
- 200 mL apple juice
- 120 mL balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Orange (thinly peeled rind and juice of)
- 2 tsp. English mustard
- 375 grams plain flour
- 150 grams cornflakes (finely crushed)
- 60 grams rice flour
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder (each, and onion powder)
- 1 Tbsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
