    I’m in love with my new Insta-Pot and the Chili Recipe. Modified it slightly by adding a few diced Chili’s from my garden now from the freezer, Coriander Seed, Cumin Powder and the find from some Parmigiano Reggiano. Gee! It Was Swell and just the ticket for a few days of cold weather.

    Followed exact recipe, turned out a little watery but tasted ok. I’d make it again but will add less broth.
