- 2 Tbsp. ghee (melted, OR butter if not paleo)
- 1/4 cup monkfruit sweetener (granulated, can also use SWERVE)
- 1 cup blanched almond flour (super-fine)
- 1/2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 fine sea salt
