Ready in just 25 minutes this meal can be served for a nice appetizer. After being blended, the Mango Mayonnaise brings a sweet taste to this dish and compliments the shrimp. The sautéed shrimp adds color to the dish and becomes very tender.

  • 10 jumbo shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 garlic clove (finely diced)
  • fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 mango (peeled with pit removed)

    Directions

    1. Saute together the shrimp and garlic in a tablespoon of oil. Add the parsley and saute for 30 seconds.
    2. In a blender, add the mayonnaise and mango and puree.
    3. Serve the hot shrimp with the mayonnaise as a dipping sauce
