- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 6 Tbsp. fresh raspberries (chopped)
- 1/4 dark chocolate chips (your choice or dark chocolate chopped into very small sqaures)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 banana
- 1 green apple
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 handful parsley
- 2 cups almond flour (I blend my own)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 5 1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- jam (Chia Seed)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- frangipane (Topping)
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
