    These muffins tasted delicious! And very easy to make! I found the fruit ended up cooking to the bottom of the muffins, but read somewhere if you coat the berries with a bit of flour before adding to the batter, this prevents them from sinking. Thanks for the amazing recipe - will def be making these again!
