- 1/2 red onions (Chopped)
- 1 green pepper (Chopped)
- 3 stalks green onions (Chopped)
- 1 lb Sausage, Sliced (Sliced)
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Directions
- Saute onions, green onions, and peppers in a 6qt soup pot on medium heat until the onions are clear.
- Add sausage heat until warm
- Add water and Creole Seasoning: bring to a hard boil. Let it boil stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes (the longer it boils the more spicy).
- Add rice and slowly stir in the kitchen Bouquet. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes (do not remove lid).
