Very pretty, might be a good dish for a potluck, but not good for people with sensitive teeth. From what I understand, frozen yogurt recipes tend to add other ingredients (binders, thickeners) to help reduce the size of the ice crystals that form when you freeze yogurt. This recipe freezes the yogurt on a tray in the freezer, which means it’s easy to make, but it forms some pretty large ice crystals when it freezes, so I think some sort of binder would help. Personally, I didn’t manage to eat a whole piece. It’s not for people with sensitive teeth, too hard, and the ice crystals made for a weird texture. Might be a fun recipe for kids though.
