- 1 cup sugar snap peas (diagonally sliced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions (thinly, or less)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup peanuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1/3 cup tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (not seasoned)
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (more or less to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- sweetener
- 2 tsp. Stevia In The Raw
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (I only had Adams 100% Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter which was fine, but I would use smooth if you have it)
