    Very tasty. I have the Julia Child cookbook on which this version is based. We sortof followed some of Julia, some of this, and it was delicious and beautiful. For instance, Julia recommended a water bath for the prepared souffle dish and a long 1 hour+ cooking time, but we skipped that and went with this method of starting at 400° and reducing to 350°. We got beautiful caramelization and a heavenly smell from the oven, and it was done in 30 minutes! Fabulous.

    So delicious The texture is light and dreamy even if it doesn't raise as much as expected I've made this several times with different cheeses YUM!!
