Perfect!!! I was amazed because everyone has some gimmick as to making the turkey moist and juicy. This was the first time I made a juicy, non dry turkey. Thanks again!!

- 20 Pounds Turkey roasted for 4 1/2 hours at 325°F. (Convent Oven)
- 2 hours cooked by one side then rotated it and cooked 2 more hours. Covered with foil.
- Last 30 minutes roasted without the foil. I put some butter to get a good golden color.
- I used white wine instead of the champagne.
Results: Every body loved it, it was perfectly cooked and not dry.

By far the BEST turkey I've ever tasted. So grateful for this recipe b/c its my 1st yr makin Thanksgiving dinner and I was terrified that it would be dry or undercooked or just plain bad. Like really really really LOVE this turkey!!! Thank you!
