- 1 red onion (small)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 green chilli (fresh, or jalapeños to your taste, or skip altogether if you don’t like a strong spice)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill (leaves)
- 2 fresh parsley leaves (or more tablespoons of)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. rice flour (ground, or grind 1/4 cup of any type of rice till it’s a fine powder)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. olive oil

- 1 cup crushed tomatoes (canned)
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (cold, Green yogurt works fine)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 2 fresh parsley (or more Tablespoons of)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill
