- 1 white onion (finely diced)
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme (or about 2 tablespoons dry thyme)
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary (or about 2 tablespoons dry rosemary)
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 2 oz. unsalted butter (divided and softened at room temperature)

The best turkey breast I’ve ever made very juicy and flavorful. Watch that you don’t make bitter broth by using garlic incorrectly
