Great way to get Juicy Chicken Breasts. left mine in the brine for an hour, followed the directions. However baked time had to be extended an additional 10 minutes. Juicy, juicy oven baked chicken breast, I will now not make it any other way.

I don’t like chicken breast because of how dry it can be, but made this last night and I was surprised how juicy it came out! Only 4 stars because the flavour was lacking for my liking.

This chicken was so easy and moist!!! I used fresh herbs from my herb planter and doubled amounts finely chopped. Excellent flavors! I was afraid at first it might be too hot from the cayenne and my husband doesn’t like super hot and spicy. We both agreed the flavor was fantastic and none too spicy. So quick and easy. We had it with fresh corn off the cob and twice baked potato casserole. Definitely saving this recipe !

This was absolutely amazing! We followed the directions to a tee and it turned out great. I will say on the ingredients list, some may get confused about how much chicken is needed. It is 4 chicken breasts; not 4 lbs of chicken. All of my kids were super happy with the outcome and want to have it in our monthly roundup of meals.

This was delicious. I have never done the brine before and it made a world of difference- the chicken was very juicy and I did not add any fluid to the baking pan. My father even loved it and he said he is not much of a chicken fan. Thanks for the recipe!!

In preparation time, I added 1 cup of chicken stock, worried it would be dry. on hand I had a few extra sprigs of rosemary. This recipe turned out amazing, not only spiceful, soft, moist, and recommend to pair with pasta, or green beans..

Not only was it yummy and juicy it was super easy to bake for a crowd ahead of time and pairs wonderfully with fettuccine Alfredo! Will definitely use this again!

Pretty juicy and the flavor of the seasoning was good. I left out the cayenne. The chicken I used was very thick, next time I will try cutting them to about a 1 inch thickness.
