  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
    2. Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

    Used tenders instead of breasts (bake at 425°F for 8 mins, flip then bake another 8 mins), came out good but besides the hot flavor it was just chicken. Would be better if the chicken was marinated in something beforehand.

    Overall tatsed great. Recommend using smaller size breasts.

    I also used tablespoons vs. teaspoons to thoroughly coat the chicken. Unfortunately some of the thicker pieces turned out dry as it did not reach 165 degrees.

    The spice blend is on point but I prefer mine to fully be covered so I use tablespoons instead of teaspoons. My partner raves about this dish to everyone and always asks me to make extra.

    One of the best chicken dishes I’ve made. Definitely making often. This would probably also be extremely delicious sliced and served over pasta with Alfredo sauce

    Too spicy! I would make it again, but probably leave out the cayenne and use 1/8 tsp of ancho chili powder.
