perfect. mine didnt have much of a fatty side, so I added a little butter to the pan at this step. so fast to put together and delicious! will make again.

Amazingly delicious & flavorful! Quick & easy prep. I used my cast iron skillet, so cooked to prefection in about 20 mins.tops. I paired with greek feta salad and steamed cauiflower rice.
Dinner was a success.

ummm yum!!
maybe its because i had a pathetic gas stove .. i had to cook them longer.. double the time as they looked cooked on the outside but were still somewhat raw on the inside.. but overall this was the seasoning.. i did all dry herbs and still turned out great!

Easy preparation though I did not have the fresh herbs on hand so I improvised using Italian seasoning that I had on hand. Husband liked the taste of the lamb and the medium rare finish

The recipe turned out great. Next time I would poke a few holes in the meat for the marinate to penetrate. Had a thick cut lamb chop. Loved the taste and smell of the marinate. Followed the instructions as written. I did check the temperature with rapid read thermometer. The meat inside was perfect. The chop was tender and juicy.
