    It was really good! Very flavorful if slightly salty. Be sure to spread out the seasoning evenly or you'll get a few really salty bites.

    Just ok. Not quite as tender as I would have liked and too salty for me. Didn't even use all of the spice mixture. If I were to make again, which I doubt, I would definitely cut the spices in half.

    First word out of my husband’s mouth... “WOW!” Definitely a do-again recipe. My only negative comment is that I think this recipe (spices only) could be cut in half and still have the same impact without the excessive coating. Maybe I am wrong... will try next time.
