NOT GOOD FOR PREGNANCY REFLUX!! This is highly acidic, as it calls for a whopping 4 Tbsp of Balsamic vinegar (acidic!) and also red chillies (spicy). Also, you grind the meat in the food processor? As you would imagine, blended meat has a weird consistency- and I couldn’t stand it. I would give this zero stars but my husband kind of liked it, so I’ll give it one star.
