  • 3 tablespoons hot mustard
  • 14 ounces Johnsonville Smoked Brats (1 package)
  • 2 red bell pepper (medium, cuti into 1-in. pieces)
  • 1 green pepper (medium, cuti into 1-in. pieces)
  • 1 yellow summer squash (medium, cuti into 1/2-in. pieces)
  • 1 onion (medium, cut into wedges)

    Directions

    1. In a resealable plastic bag or bowl, combine soy sauce, apple juice concentrate and hot mustard for marinade. Add vegetables. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate for one hour.
