  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chili powder (mild)
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon chile powder (habanero, omit this if you can’t find it)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil (ground)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
