Okay, okay, I get it.
This turns out a really tasty pizza dough.
I did let it rise for a full 18 hours and was surprised how airy it got with so little yeast.
However, for me, it’s a four-star recipe because it’s not an easy dough with which to work. It’s going to take me a few more tries to figure out how to work with it and get it right.
