    Too salty for me but my family loved it.

    Very moist! I always mess up tenderloin. Usually too dry but, not with this. I decrease the sugar but addes cayenne pepper. Very good!

    Added a few tables spoons of brown sugar to the marinade. Cooking time was shorter than noted and pork was well done but still incredibly juicy. Would recommend using thin (not thick cut) bacon.
