Directions
- Cut the jicama into long strips and add it to a salad bowl.
- Slice the lettuce and add it to the salad bowl.
- Dress the salad with the lemon juice and olive oil and mix.
- Cut the avocado and feta cheese into small cubes and add it to the bowl.
- Serve as a side dish of your favourite meals.
