Directions
- peel Jicama root then cut into shoe strings. slice cabbage thinly and break apart for that perfectly wrinkled shape! clean and core apple, leave peel on, and shred, clean and chop up pear, place all ingredients into bowl
- dressing: 1.5 tbsp. lime juice, 3/4 tsp honey, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1.5 tbsp. olive oil. blend well, then pour over slaw and stir to coat
