I didn't have the cabbage, but have some raw sauerkraut which is very mild. Squeezed the juice out of it and it worked fine. I also don't use honey, as I strive to be vegan, so used maple syrup and a bit of coconut amino acids, which also worked. Delicious salad!

This recipe was very delicious. I added mandarin oranges and it turned out perfect. Can be made the day before and is still crunchy. Loved it.

Nice, light, crisp. Will definitely make often for the nutrious benefits of the jicama.
