At first I didn't know what to think. Then I ended up loving them. Ate the leftovers cold out of the fridge the next day. Yes these are sweet. After doing some research it is advised to parboil these first so they will actually lose some of that crunch.
Also... Highly recommend fresh lime juice on them after they are cooked.
Would go amazing with a chipotle mayo dip.

Too crunchy to be fries, slightly sour taste. Made to recipe. Tip: chop thin slices. Don't expect to be a fry substitute.
