- 3 lemons
- 2 tomatoes (seeded, finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. coriander (finely chopped)
- 3 chili pepper (jalapeño, pickled, chopped)
- 6 olives (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt (as desired)
- pepper (as desired)
- 5 pita bread rounds
- 1 avocado (sliced)

Directions
- Mix every ingredient (except the pita bread) in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Spread the marinade over the pita bread and garnish with avocado slices and serve.
