June 29/16. It turned out great. Replaced scotch bonnets with red pepper flakes 1 tsp , will add more next time. Used lemon instead of lime juice 2tbsp + 2tbsp of orange juice, ground allspice 1tsp. Onion instead of scallions. Flavor was very authentic.
Sept 4/16 added 1/4 lime juice, (no oj) 2 tsp all spice 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg, scotch bonnets 1bsp of vinegar
