Description
This delicious, simple, and quick noodle recipe is my family's favorite. I typically make a double batch, because we love it so much, and it reheats well. I hope this becomes a new favorite for your family, as well.
Ingredients

- 1 lb. pasta (Capellini)
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pkg. pesto (Knorr, Mix, Prepare according to directions)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup water (Filtered)
- 1 clove minced garlic

Directions
- In a large pot, boil Capellini Noodles according to box directions. I boil mine al dente in salted water, with about a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Drain noodles and toss with some butter and/or olive oil to prevent sticking. Cover noodles and set aside.
- Pesto mix: In a small pot, bring 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, Knorr pesto mix, and 1 clove of minced garlic to a boil. Stir constantly. Lower heat and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally for 5 minutes.
