AMAZINGLY SIMPLE AND PHENOMENALLY DELICIOUS! I wowed my household with this one :) Only thing I did differently was that I added more tomato sauce and white wine, in order to extend the sauce over a side of white rice :)

Made it with some of the suggestions here. I think next yime I will do without the diced tomatoes. Will make again.
