- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
- 1 onions (medium, thinly sliced)
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp. dri thyme leaves, crush (optional)
- 1 bread, cut french into loaf
- 3 oz. Jarlsberg (or Swiss cheese, shredded, about 3/4 cup)
- 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Directions
- Melt 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet, over medium heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until onions are golden. Remove onions from skillet and keep warm.
- Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in same skillet, over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 4 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with thyme and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper.
- Arrange chicken on 1/2 of bread, then top with hot onions, cheese and bacon to serve. Bake, if desired, at 375° for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining bread. To serve, cut in half.
