This recipe is Amazing!! My kids were so excited that we had leftovers the next day. I made a keto version for my husband…no sugar in the sauce of the meat and served over broccoli and cabbage. He loved it! This is a family favorite.

A great foundation for japchae! I added more sauce because I felt like the amount in the recipe wasn’t enough and the dish initially tasted a bit bland. Other than that, this was delicious! Everyone loved it and it was easy to cook as well. I’ll definitely do this more.

It turned out so good!! My husband and i loved it. Our 8-yr-old daughter, however, did not. I think the spinach threw her off. Highly recommend this dish! We used rice noodles because that was the only thing available (thanks covid!).

I used regular vermicelli pasta because I couldn’t find the potato starch glass noodle anywhere and I used honey instead of sugar and replaced the beef with shrimp and it all turned out delicious. So glad I decided to try this 🌞

I followed the instructions but im lacking with some ingredients such as mushroom. But it still tastes delicious😀
