    It was okay, while the noodles and the mushrooms were a wonderful combo, the ginger and onions seemed to ruin it in my dish. Also, the broth seemed to just disappear. I definitely wouldn't make this if you don't like onions or ginger.

    Very good but have to add more miso and i substituted chicken broth for water and added steamed broccoli

    Great base recipe to experiment with! Change up the veggies or add a protein to your desire. Love it! Not all regular grocers sell the miso FYI I got lucky but advise planning ahead.
