I have never liked tofu however, this recipe has changed my mind. It was amazing! I didn't have bamboo skewers, so I pan fried it. I also coated it in corn starch before frying. If you make it, remember to marinate it for 2 hours before cooking. I hope I can find more recipes like this for tofu. Thank you so very much!💜💜💜💜

Absolutely AMAZING! Everything about this recipe is perfect and the marinade is delicious. I didn’t have a grill or skewers so I just fried the tofu on a pan on the stove and added rice to it. Only thing was that the directions were very indirect and you have to marinade for two hours so make sure to start early but FIVE STARS!!! Definitely going to make it again.😊
