I’ve been trying to find a ginger dressing recipe that is as good as the one at a local restaurant. To my surprise, this one tastes better! One great thing about creating dressing from scratch is you can control the sodium. This one calls for it to taste but I didn’t even need to add any! It has so much flavor...what a great recipe!

Delicious! Highly recommended however I added a tablespoon of sesame oil and used tomato paste instead of ketchup
